As a motivational speaker, blogger, and resilience coach, I share practical tools and strategies to help you overcome life’s obstacles and achieve real, lasting personal growth. My journey, from moving from England to Texas in 2011, navigating a painful divorce, surviving domestic abuse, and facing homelessness in 2018, to now owning three successful businesses, has taught me that rock bottom can be the foundation for a new beginning.

Through public speaking, coaching, and sharing my survivor story, my mission is to empower you to embrace self-love, adopt a growth mindset, and put success strategies into action so you can rewrite your own narrative.

Val-u-U was born from a desire to inspire, uplift, and ignite transformation in others. Whether I’m sharing my personal journey, coaching clients toward their dreams, or speaking on topics like mental health awareness, women’s empowerment, and the healing process, my passion remains the same:

We offer therapeutic services, holistic hair and body products, and inspirational speaking that awaken purpose and promote healing. Every massage, every drop of oil, every word spoken is infused with the same core message: You are worthy, and you matter.

Our Business Class for Surviors

Val-u-U’s Mentorship Program is a transformative experience for women and girls who have survived trauma. Created to support emotional healing, personal growth, and empowerment, this program partners with Purple Light Touch Foundation to provide comprehensive wellness care including therapeutic massage and cancer recovery support.

We believe in valuing every survivor. Through creative writing, group discussions, and monthly life skill sessions, participants are guided through a journey of healing and discovery. They learn how to start a business, create their own product lines, and develop the confidence to share their stories.

One of our standout participants, Precious, has shown exceptional commitment and courage. Her journey toward healing has not only strengthened her life but has also inspired those around her.

After surviving a life-altering car accident, I was sent home from the hospital with a traumatic brain injury, a fractured skull, broken jaw and eye socket, and open wounds down to the bone on my shoulder and knee. Despite the severity of my condition, I was discharged from ICU with no real support or care plan. I was told to “rest”, but I knew I needed more than that to survive.
